By accessing or using Egonix Lab services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision below, you are not permitted to use our services.

1. Definitions

"Egonix Lab" or "We" means PT PENGENDALI SISTEM NUSANTARA, a technology company domiciled in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
"Platform" means all software services, websites, dashboards, and public booking pages operated by Egonix Lab.
"Venue User" or "Operator" means the owner or manager of a gaming venue using the Egonix Lab platform.
"Customer" means an individual who makes a booking through a venue public page operated using the Egonix Lab platform.
"Annual License" means a subscription model where the Venue User pays an annual fee for full platform access, including infrastructure costs.
"Perpetual License" means a permanent ownership model where the Venue User pays once for a software license, with monthly infrastructure fees billed separately.
"Infrastructure Fee" means the monthly charge for server operations and hosting applicable specifically to the Perpetual License model.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements, have authority to bind the business entity you represent where applicable, and provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access.
Prohibited use includes violating Indonesian law, distributing misleading/harmful/infringing content, attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, reverse engineering/copying/distributing platform code or content without written approval, and using the platform in ways that damage or unreasonably burden our infrastructure.

Annual License: Venue Users pay an annual subscription fee for full platform access. This fee includes server infrastructure costs during the active period and does not incur additional infrastructure billing. If not renewed, the account is disabled the next day after the subscription period ends.
Perpetual License (One-Time Payment): Venue Users pay once for a permanent software license, with monthly infrastructure fees billed separately. If infrastructure fees are unpaid 7 days after due date, the account is temporarily suspended; venue data remains stored during suspension; access is restored within 1×24 hours after payment confirmation; Egonix Lab may permanently delete data if suspension exceeds 90 days without communication.
Egonix Lab may change pricing structure with at least 30 days prior notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to ongoing subscription periods.

All payments to Egonix Lab are final and binding. Venue Users are responsible for ensuring payment is made according to the method and schedule agreed during onboarding.
Egonix Lab does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to subscription cancellation before term end, dissatisfaction with platform features, or inactivity of use.
We strongly recommend prospective Venue Users attend a demo session before making payment.

Venue Users are responsible for the validity and accuracy of venue information, packages, and pricing shown on public booking pages; fulfillment of confirmed bookings; management of booking customer data in accordance with applicable rules; and communication/dispute resolution between venue and booking customers.
Egonix Lab may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice if the user is proven to violate these terms, use the platform for illegal activity, or provide false information during onboarding.

Egonix Lab is a technology platform provider. Service agreements made at booking are between the customer and the venue, not directly with Egonix Lab. Egonix Lab is not responsible for venue service quality, schedule cancellation by venue, or booking refund policies defined by each venue.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking information entered is correct and accurate. Bookings based on inaccurate information may be canceled by the venue without refund obligation.

All intellectual property rights in the Egonix Lab platform, including software code, designs, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of PT PENGENDALI SISTEM NUSANTARA and protected by applicable Indonesian law.
You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing the platform, or creating derivative products based on the platform without written permission.

Egonix Lab provides services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times or full absence of errors.
Egonix Lab maximum liability will not exceed the total amount received from the Venue User in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Egonix Lab strives to maintain platform availability at all times. For scheduled maintenance with significant impact, we will provide at least 24 hours prior notice.

By Venue User: Venue Users may stop using the platform at any time by contacting our team. Termination does not remove existing payment obligations and does not grant refund rights.
By Egonix Lab: Egonix Lab may terminate services with 30 days notice, except for violations requiring immediate action. If termination is not due to user fault, we provide data export access for at least 30 days after the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved through mutual consultation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes are settled through the Semarang District Court.

Egonix Lab may amend these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect via email or platform notification.
