  • PT PENGENDALI SISTEM NUSANTARA is a technology company that develops and operates a booking management platform for gaming venues under the product name Egonix Lab, domiciled in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
  • In this Privacy Policy, "Egonix Lab", "we", "us", or "our" refers to PT PENGENDALI SISTEM NUSANTARA as the personal data controller as defined under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Data from demo forms: full name, active WhatsApp number, venue name, venue city, and number of managed devices.
  • Data from venue owners (platform users): account data (name, email, business profile information), venue data (venue name, address, logo, operating hours, service settings), operational data (booking history, payment data, activity logs), and team data (names and roles of team members invited to the venue account).
  • Data from venue booking customers: customer name, booking contact number, booking details (date, time, package, selected station), payment method, and uploaded transfer proof.
  • Data collected automatically: IP address, device type, browser type and version, pages visited, visit duration, and page interaction data such as clicks and scrolls via Microsoft Clarity.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To run our services: process and confirm demo requests, operate platform features (booking, payments, team management, reporting), and send transaction notifications and operational communications by email using Resend.
  • To improve services: analyze website usage patterns to improve user experience through Microsoft Clarity, and identify and fix technical issues on the platform.
  • For legal and compliance purposes: fulfill applicable legal obligations in Indonesia and handle disputes or potential claims.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third Parties Receiving Data

  • Microsoft Clarity: used for website behavior analytics (session recordings, click maps, navigation patterns). Shared data: website interaction data (anonymous and aggregated).
  • Resend: used for transactional email delivery such as booking confirmations and account notifications. Shared data: recipient email addresses and relevant email content.
  • Flip / Midtrans: used for digital payment processing for platform subscription services. Shared data: identity and payment information required to process transactions.
  • DigitalOcean: used as server infrastructure where all platform data is stored and processed. Shared data: all platform data stored on our servers is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Storage location: your data is stored on servers managed through DigitalOcean infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Demo form data is retained during active communication and for up to 12 months afterward.
  • Active venue account data is retained as long as the account remains active and in use.
  • Booking and payment records are retained for at least 5 years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
  • Deleted account data is permanently deleted within 30 days after a deletion request is received.
  • Security controls include HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, restricted access only for personnel who need data for operational purposes, and periodic monitoring to detect unusual activity.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

  • Under Indonesian PDP Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to access your personal data held by us, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your personal data within legal limits, withdraw consent for processing based on your consent, and object to processing for certain purposes.
